You stick to your diet plan 100% Monday-Thursday then the weekend comes and you eat and drink whatever you want.

Think about it, Monday through to Thursday is 4 days then Friday through to Sunday is 3 days that’s nearly only 50% eating well. Just because the weekends go quick doesn’t mean the calories don’t count!!!
I don’t expect you to sit in your bedroom with your celery sticks and water and hibernate from the fun; I’m suggesting you make healthier options.
Try these tips over your next social weekend:
-Exercise the morning of the social event. Just because you have a party at 5pm no reason you can’t make an 8:30am gym sesh!
