How I did it….



‘I couldn’t do it’ is a phrase I’m hearing all too much at the moment when people are congratulating me about my comp.

It isn’t that you CAN’T do it, it’s that you don’t WANT to do it…

I WANTED to do it because it was my personal goal and I knew the formula.

Just like with your goals they will become more achievable if you truly WANT them.

I more then like do not want to achieve the same goal as you and you might think my comp was a massive crock of crap – that’s absolutely fine because goals should be personal BUT the formula to achieve them is the same.

It is about turning thoughts into actions, it’s about making a plan and sticking to it, it’s about not giving up when things get hard, it’s not thinking of how far you’ve got to go but how far you’ve come.

ANY GOAL IS ACHIEVEABLE.

YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING.

You just need to know what you want and once you figure this out the process becomes a lot clearer and leaves little room for failure.
