Don't be THAT person..

There is always that one person in your friend group that is negative in some way shape or form.

ALWAYS some telltale signs of a negative person:

They say no…. to everything.
They put others down.
They see the bad in every situation. (Glass is half empty)
They get jealous. (But never admit it)
They don’t laugh daily.
They copy what others are doing as opposed to creating their own ideas.
They have been stuck in a job they bitch and whinge about yet don’t do anything about.
They judge others on appearances. (Look at that skinny girl with long, blonde, hair… she’s such a slut!)
They bitch, about everything and everyone.
They never make an effort. (Work, social events, catch ups, health)
They think it is too hard. (Doesn’t matter what you have already decided it is too hard!)

If you can’t think of whom that person is in your group sorry to say but it may be you, especially if you can relate to any of the above!

Negative sucks! It is draining, it makes you feel like crap, which in turn makes you look, eat, sleep and act badly.

So if we know it is so bad to be negative why are so many people living life this way? It isn’t like it is any easier to be a nasty person! Like most things being negative is formed out of habit, it is a vicious cycle which then pulls us down and sucks us in.

LETS BREAK THE HABIT.

What I’m challenging YOU to do is list 3 negative habits you have.

Once you have listed these 3 things I want you to consciously make an effort to do the exact opposite on a daily basis for 2 weeks.

Watch how 3 small things from your daily life being brought from negative to positive can impact your world for the better. It will not only feel good being positive it will show through your body both inside and out.
